They had access to the choicest meats and cold cuts from all over the world, including delicious Danish ham and chippolata sausages. They moved to Bangalore in 1972, where they found that prime cold cuts etc, were unavailable. They decided to source these and many more meat products from around India, and thus, Lusitania was born!

retty daughters! Many an old Bangalorean is sure to remember them! Presently the Hosur Road Branch in Richmond Town and the Victoria Layout Branch is run by the youngest son, Faustin Franco, who has a flair for cooking. He has introduced a new range of products that are made personally by him.
