You know life’s good when…

your day starts with being belted by this bubble for being an avoidant lil brat who doesn’t pick up her phone, mama don’t care about ‘no screens after 7 pm’ rules 😅

And then you head over to do some paper work and get made fun of for your “chicken scratch” handwriting and you’re the only one giggling at a stuffy insurance office

And you wrap up the morning with an early lunch at

My heart of so full seeing her reaction to the Lotus biscoff bubble tea, didn’t take out my phone to document that because I was fully soaking in that simple joy

Aaand the face at the end “do you want me to do your eee smile?” Is the one I got for asking to recreate that moment 🥸

Snippets from the last Flow Fest 🥰

Started off the day with an intro sesh from the fam warmly welcoming all our participants to the farm, cracking some jokes about the wildlife around 🙃

held an empowering session on partner yoga, we started off with a few drills to get our partners comfortable with trusting us with their weight before moving into more intricate poses

from introduced everyone to the world of capoeira and we even had a super fun beginner Roda (circle of play)

Gifted myself a permaculture design course for my birthday this year. Just Capricorn things. :P
Hadn't gotten around to sharing about it yet since I took some time off to process all of it. 🐢

The start of the year was filled with new learnings.
My biggest take away from the course was the recentering of my ethics. ✨

Earth care. People care. Fair share.

Notice that people care comes second. My insecurities about our rustic lifestyle and my over active empathic tendencies meant that I *was* operating more from the people care angle.

Internally though, there was always conflict.
SELF SUSTENANCE. INDEPENDENCE.
I wanted to be more focused on empowering our guests to reconnect with these aspects of themselves.

Observations about myself and the society around us.

We crave convenience. Convenience breeds dependency though. Connections and networks are important but notice how quickly your world starts to crumble when you pull on one of the threads.

You know what I love most about being at the farm? The contrast of the joy I get when I figure out something by myself and the sheer frustration of how long things take to get fixed because I'm dependent on an externality.

A lot of that frustration settled after I went for the PDC. I understood that while trying to fix those things were extremely important, it was just as important to focus on experiences.
Events and facilitations that allow visitors to live life at the farm like I do.
Unperturbed by these little inconsequential aspects and more in tuned to the magic, the energy and the beauty around.

Giving y'all a 2 month heads up because it's for 4 days long. ⭐ Our Flow Fests aren't just jams but very intentionally well thought out retreats structured to bring labour a concrete change.

We want you to take back something impact with you, what that is would depend on what you're seeking ✨ could be the sense of community, inspiration, behavioural shifts or insights into your inner child or critique's trickery 😅

These are something's I've experienced during the fests and hence the conscious call to take things slower and allow for more time to dwell deep into these experiences.

Excited to be launching this on Ugadi. It's the Kannadiga new year today and with this retreat it's truly a new beginning. ☀️
