The best way to keep a 100-year-old company young? Invite 20-somethings in! Under Britannia’s flagship campus initiative to nurture India’s brightest minds in food innovation and R&D, presenting this year’s Ingenious cohort.

From 430 ideas across National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Kundli (NIFTEM-K), CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) and National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management - Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T), we've welcomed 7 teams to Britannia for a three-month journey of learning, building and bringing fresh perspectives to the table, with the opportunity to earn a PPO.
