Our story : Milk -Farmer to Family

What We Suffered ??? Farmer couple Shyamala and Ramappa were shattered when their ailing daughter-in-law, Anupa Muralidhar was unable to breastfeed her new born Kashvi, also the first grandchild in their family. Anupa, miserably down with a chronic illness during her delivery, felt her emotions ran the gamut from stress, frustration, to guilt, as she considered herself a failure as a mother. This was a natural reaction for Anupa as she could not breastfeed her eagerly awaited new born. This ordeal lasted for about 6 months as the entire family was on an emotional roller coaster, constantly worrying if they could nourish their grandchild with fresh and pure milk.

What we realized ... It was Shyamala and Ramappa‟s sheer faith in farm cows that allowed them to revive and ensure the health of their granddaughter. The family recall that they had to run from pillar to post looking for pure, untampered and fresh milk for little Kashvi. It was then that Mr. Suresh Ramappa, Kashvi‟s dearest and beloved uncle (Ramappa‟s younger son) realized the enormity of the situation of milk adulteration. On interaction with his colleagues, Mr. Suresh also apprehended that the scenario was even worse for urban consumers. Owing to his personal experience and also the situations encountered by his colleagues and friends, Mr. Suresh understood that there was a grave need for a reliable source for pure and fresh cow‟s milk to help ailing nursing mothers and their infants.

We Come-up with : Mr. Suresh Ramappa, who is an auditor by profession, perceived that fresh and unadulterated milk is the right of each and every individual and resolved to find a way to make it possible. Impressed with this noble thought, Mr. Gocherla Chaitanya, who is Suresh’s intimate friend and colleague joined hands to sow the seeds of “M/s Nexgen Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd.” to support and take forward the family’s persistent and passionate desire to supply milk in its natural form directly to the end-users, especially infants and the elderly. And thus began the endeavoring story of ‘Nexgen dairy’ that is entirely devoted to supply of fresh and pure milk.
