I am back .......just made these mini fruits nothing very fancy . Just the home baked tart filled with the pastry cream and topped with berries

come home I will pamper you any time A very minimal spread a cucumber mini sandwich a idle sate stick with green chutney a fresh green salad , ampana shot ,chilli chana , cream cheese farm fresh mango and a piece of dark chocolate cake

This is a deconstructed chokha where i have baked baigan new winter potato desi tomato along with the whole onion and garlic pod and plated with green chutney roasted red dry chilli and with baked Litti .

A mini fresh green peas tandoori roti,,/,,, poori made on a thick bottomed steel pan by creating dry heat before you apply little water and place them into the bottom and keep covered for five six minutes or until it is done
Then remove the cover and turn upside over the gss flame until you get the charred colour you want
And apply little butter or ghee. I felt this was an alternative option then traditional frying
