At Eleven Bakehouse, every cake is made from scratch.
No premixes. Fresh sponges baked daily. Chocolate sponge made with proper Belgian cocoa — that’s where the real taste comes from.

We go heavy on fillings (yes, way more than usual), even though it makes layering tougher.

But the biggest cost? Buttercream.
Good buttercream is expensive — sometimes it costs more than the cake itself. But that’s exactly what gives you that smooth finish and rich taste.

We were one of the first to push bento cakes in Bangalore.
