This region is at an altitude of 920mts above sea level with apt sub-tropical conditions i.e., limestone rich red soils (granular, loamy) and enjoys the longest ripening period in the country. mental elements is the impetus to this ideal niche for creating great wines from the commendable vines of SDU. Our philosophy resolves to a single goal of producing an extraordinary wine sans any compromise, as to the vision of our founder “Shambhavi Hingorani”, spear-headed by our Italian wine-maker “Andrea Valentinuzzi” who amalgamates intuition and technical acumen with his dual perspective of viticulturist and a winemaker. Every bottle of our produce is a signature and an ode to the true Indo-Italian character.
