For Instance, the chillies are sourced from Guntur, Turmeric from Erode, Coriander from Rajasthan and AP, Pepper from Coorg, Kerala, and so on. The Quality Checked Raw Materials are taken to production floor for further processing. All the Spices are cleaned and roasted at recommended temperatures to enhance flavor and to ensure food safety. Roasted spices are blended as per the standard formulation and then powdered and packed. The quality personnel ensure the process as per the standard operating procedures. The entire process is governed by the Food Safety Management System.
