Episode 1 of a Delhi Punjabi searching for Bengaluru’s Best Chole Bhature. 👀

Started the hunt at Khao Aur Khaane Do, Indiranagar — a place that serves just two things: Chole Bhature and Aloo Poori.

Soft bhature, flavourful Punjabi-style chole, tangy kaddu ki sabzi, thick sweet lassi and creamy malai kulfi. The kind of breakfast that cures Delhi homesickness.

Now tell me — where should I go for Day 2?

My grandparents left behind a Punjab that no longer exists on any map. I didn’t expect to find it on a plate in Bengaluru.

But here we are.

📍Indian Durbar, Conrad Bengaluru — some places are more than just restaurants.

Some meals don’t just fill you up. They take you back.
