Picture from - Basket chaat anyone??? This is one of most top selling chaat item I have seen at the Dev Sagar Cafe and it got me curious to try it too. So I ordered a plate and had it. The basket was made of potato straws and it is filled with channa, green gram, sweet & spicy sauces, curd, topped with Bhel, Sev Puri , beetroot, carrot , coriander and pomegranate. There was so much flavours you can feel running in your mouth. It was too good as all the flavours came together to give a beautiful taste. Got it for a price of 70₹ from Dev Sagar.

Picture from - Street food always calms down my hunger and I am a self proclaimed queen of junk food 😝These are potato twisteez and I love them .Spicy and hot on a rainy evening.I was quite fascinated by how he made those perfectly spaced and twisted potato twisteez until I saw the creative invention of the tool that he used,shoved the stick into the potato ,dipped it in gram flour ,and fried it in the not so hygienic oil ,and poured a generous amount spices. Find the steps in order in the picture.
