"All we have is the knowledge passed on to us by our elders, experiences we inculcate and hardly negate. But to bridge the generation gap, one needs to adapt to the new while retaining the goodness of the old"
- thanks for the quote
जम्बुद्विपे, भरत खंडे, आर्यावर्ते, भारतवर्षे - The term Jambudweep was used by King Ashoka in the third century. We all have lived the shloka in our lives whenever we take sankalp during havan / puja. India was the cradle of immense knowledge and culture. Our ancestors understanding of the cosmic, entire food science, human anatomy, word power, science and maths is beyond comprehension. took a deep dive into that understanding to bring real foods back on the plates of Indians through the ancient food preparation methods of our ancestors. These methods are slow and tedious but they nurture. We treat food as "Ann" and not as industry.
This video is specially close to our heart as it comes from a generation who have experienced the conflux of Ann/ bhojan becoming an industry and methods becoming industrial processes. Thank you for giving us time and sharing beautiful experiences with us :)
