না, কোনো ল্যাব টেস্ট নয়...
আপনার নিজের বাড়িতেই।

যেদিন আমাদের ঘী পৌঁছবে, সেদিন বোতলটা খুলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে খেয়ে ফেলবেন না।

প্রথমে শুধু ঢাকনাটা খুলুন...
তারপর দু'সেকেন্ড চোখ বন্ধ করুন।
গন্ধটা অনুভব করুন।

তারপর হয়তো হঠাৎ করেই মনে পড়ে যাবে ছোটবেলার সেই রান্নাঘরটা...

মাটির উনোন...
গরম ভাত...
তার ওপর এক চামচ ঘী...
অথবা ঠাকুমার হাতের খিচুড়ি...

আমরা জানি না আপনার কোন স্মৃতিটা ফিরে আসবে।
কিন্তু একটা জিনিস জানি...
খাঁটি ঘী-এর একটা নিজস্ব ভাষা আছে।
যে ভাষা বিজ্ঞাপনে বোঝানো যায় না।
যে ভাষা শুধু গন্ধে আর স্বাদে অনুভব করা যায়।

আজকাল ঘী কিনতে গেলে কত রকম নাম শুনবেন...
কিন্তু আমরা এত ঝামেলা বাড়াই না।

আমরা শুধু চেষ্টা করি এমন একটা ঘী আপনাদের হাতে তুলে দিতে, যেটা খেতে গিয়ে মনে হবে—"হ্যাঁ... এটাই তো ঘী!"
আমাদের ঘী একেকবার একেক রকম দেখতে হতে পারে।
কখনও একটু বেশি জমে...
কখনও একটু গলা থাকে...
কখনও রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য হয়।

কারণ এটা কোনো কারখানার একই ছাঁচে তৈরি প্রোডাক্ট নয়, মানুষের হাতে তৈরি।

আর মানুষের হাতে তৈরি জিনিসের একটা সুন্দর অসম্পূর্ণতা থাকে...
সেই অসম্পূর্ণতাই তাকে সত্যিকারের করে তোলে।

আমরা শুধু একটা অনুরোধ করব...
একবার অন্তত আমাদের ঘী নিয়ে দেখুন।
ভালো না লাগলে দ্বিতীয়বার অর্ডার করবেন না।

কিন্তু যদি ভালো লাগে...
তাহলে হয়তো আপনি আর শুধু "ঘী" কিনবেন না...
একটা পুরোনো স্বাদকে বাড়িতে ফিরিয়ে নিয়ে যাবেন। ❤️

মানুষের জন্য, বালি খনন নির্মাণ সামগ্রী এবং লাভের মতো দেখতে পারে।
সামুদ্রিক কচ্ছপদের জন্য, সেই একই বালি যেখানে পরবর্তী প্রজন্ম শুরু হয়।
ভারী মেশিন, ট্রাক এবং অনিয়ন্ত্রিত উত্তোলন বাসা তৈরির স্থান ধ্বংস করতে পারে, লুকানো ডিমগুলিকে পিষে ফেলতে পারে, সৈকতের ঢাল পরিবর্তন করতে পারে এবং মা কচ্ছপগুলিকে ডিম পাড়ার জন্য নিরাপদ কোনও জায়গা ছাড়াই ছেড়ে যেতে পারে।
আমরা এটিকে "উন্নয়ন" বলি।

Humans have many options. Animals have no option.

When our water becomes polluted, we can install filters, dig borewells, buy bottled water or search for another source.

But wildlife cannot.

For an elephant, deer, leopard or bird, a shrinking polluted pond may be the only water available for kilometres. They are forced to drink from the same water we contaminate with plastic, chemicals and waste.

They did not create this crisis—yet they suffer first.

Protecting rivers, ponds, forests and wetlands is not charity for wildlife. It is their basic right to survive.

Clean water should not be a human privilege.
