👇🏻Rice Paper Quesadilla Gyoza
Ingredients
Refined Oil – 2 tbsp
Cirio Borlotti Beans – 1 can
Cirio Butter Beans – 1 can
Chopped Bell Peppers – 0.5 each
Cirio Pelati – 1 can
Cheddar Cheese (Optional) – 0.5 Cup
Salt – To Taste
Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil –
Triple Elephant Rice Paper Sheets – 1 packet
Sriracha Mala Sauce – 3 tbsp
Butter – 50gm (For Searing)
Method:
1. For the filling – In a pan, add refined oil and heat it.
2. Add the Cirio borlotti beans, butter beans and sauté them.
3. Add the chopped bell peppers and sauté for 2-3 mins.
4. Now, add salt, cheddar cheese (optional) and mix well.
5. Finish with Frantoia olive oil and mix well.
6. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
7. Now, in a deep bowl, add water and soak your rice paper sheets for 30-45 seconds.
8. Once they get soft, place them on your chopping board and fill them with the mixture we just made and roll them as shown in the video.
9. In a non-stick pan, add butter and heat it.
10. Add the rolled dim sum and sear on both sides till nice and brown.
11. Remove from the pan and place into a plate of your liking.
12. Pair it with some Sriracha mala sauce.
13. Enjoy!
