Heard this a lot of times and I know it can be frustrating but you have to look deeper and find an answer.
Let me be very clear on this.
You will certainly lose weight if you are in a calorie deficit. If you tell me I have been consistent and followed everything religiously but did not get results, honestly you are not lying to me but yourself.
Staying in a calorie deficit, working out and being consistent will give you results no matter what. It is a tried and teated formula which works like crazy, if you are ready to commit!
Discipline is a crucial factor in achieving weight loss. Here are some ways discipline can help:
1. _Stick to your diet_: Resist temptations and stay committed to your meal plan.
2. _Exercise regularly_: Show up for your workouts, even when you don’t feel like it.
3. _Portion control_: Measure your food portions to maintain a calorie deficit.
4. _Avoid unhealthy snacks_: Stay away from high-calorie, high-fat, or high-sugar snacks.
5. _Stay hydrated_: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
6. _Get enough sleep_: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep to support weight regulation.
7. _Be mindful of your habits_: Pay attention to your eating habits and physical activity.
8. _Plan ahead_: Prepare healthy meals and snacks in advance.
9. _Track your progress_: Monitor your weight, measurements, and progress photos.
10. _Stay accountable_: Share your goals with a friend or family member for support.
Remember, discipline and consistency are like muscles that needs to be exercised regularly to grow stronger. Start with small changes and build your way up to achieve your weight loss goals!
