Why is Odia Cuisine not as famous as Bengali Cuisine?

Literally Odia Cuisine is unknown and not spoken of in the food circles.

As the Late Jigs Kalra the Czar of Indian cuisine said “Patronage, is essential to infuse ordinary cuisine with a healthy mix of good and exotic dishes”.

We missed the Bus! 😔.

Why and How did our Cuisine miss the bus?
