Mrittika Natural Farm Mrittika is a farm which follows natural farming. We aim to have zero inputs from outside the farm, and become self-sustaining. We also grow seasonal vegetables.

Mrittika Natural Farm is a farm in which all (or mostly all) inputs are from within the farm itself. We use vedic practices to improve the soil. In fact, Mrittika means 'soil' in Sanskrit. We keep some areas of the farm wild. Here, we gather mulch, compost, seed, leaves for bio-pesticide, wild food and medicine. Our main cash crop is organically grown and hand crafted/rolled green tea and orthodox

black tea. We are now planting intercropped orchards and working on our long-term food forest design.
