πΏπΈ GUT HEALTH QUICK ELIXIRS & FAST FERMENTS WORKSHOP ππ
Today marked the final workshop of the season, and it couldnβt have been a more beautiful one to close on.
We spent the day with Liv from Liverpool, who came in wanting to learn how to support her gut health through fermentation. Rather than diving straight into advanced ferments, we focused on simple, foundational methods she can confidently recreate at home.
We explored the difference between fermenting and pickling, created two easy beginner-friendly methods, and also enjoyed a tasting of 3 different gut-loving elixirs and 3 sauerkrauts.
What we made: β’ Ginger Lemonade (a quick, gut-loving elixir)
β’ Carrot, Beetroot & Ginger grated ferment
β’ Cauliflower, Turmeric & Chili brined ferment
These are simple, powerful recipes that allow veggies to naturally develop both prebiotics and probiotics.
It was such a relaxed and nourishing session, and so special to see Liv leave feeling confident, inspired, and happy with everything she created and took home.
A perfect way to close this chapter of workshops for now π
