Most breweries have strict corporate standard operating procedures. We just have George. We’re still not entirely sure what goes on in his head and he’s probably running on zero sleep and pure defiance, but the beer is absolutely flawless. Don’t ask how the magic happens, grab a stool, and order a heavy pour before he drinks the entire batch himself. 🎸🍻🦎
