PURPLE GARLIC produce of Punjab. Can be shipped Pan India.
Antioxidant Content: its purple colour is due to a compound called anthocyanin present in it, which is absent in the white garlic. It is rich in minerals and antioxidants and has more antibiotic properties than white garlic.

Indigenous wheat grains, often called heritage or ancient wheat are traditional, non-hybridized varieties that have been cultivated for thousands of years and are often noted for their lower gluten content and higher nutritional profiles compared to modern hybrid wheat.
Paigambari (Sona Moti/Indian Dwarf Wheat) known for its round shape and nutty taste is often cited for having a lower glycemic index and being easier to digest. Heritage grains often contain higher levels of minerals, protein, and fat. Many people who are sensitive to modern, high-yield wheat find these varieties easier to tolerate.

Have had to uproot these SPRING ONIONS to sow another crop.
Apparently spring onions offer a far more superior source of vitamins A, K, C and folate as opposed to your regular bulb onions.
Use as a milder and less pungent alternative to bulb onions, eaten raw or cooked.
