Physalis Petit Gâteau 😎🌸
Take a fresh, whole physalis. Gently peel back the papery husk leaves, twist them upward, and dip the fruit halfway into a clear, hard-crack sugar glass (isomalt) to give it a glittering, jewel-like appearance. Place this directly on top of the glazed gâteau.
