Delicious Honey Garlic Vegetable Stir Fry :
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for cooking)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium-sized carrot, julienned
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup snap peas, ends trimmed
1 zucchini, sliced
Any other vegetables of your choice
1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (adjust based on your spice preference)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)
Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced bell peppers, julienned carrots, broccoli florets, snap peas, and zucchini to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender but still vibrant.
Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables, add red pepper flakes, and toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Remove the stir fry from heat and serve it over cooked rice or noodles or enjoy just as it is!
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
