Ingredients
1 kg goat mutton
5 to 6 🧅 onions
2 Garlic 🧄
2 inches ginger
8-10 black paper
2 big cardamom
Half inches of dalchini
Half tea spoon saha -zeera
3 cardamom
2 cloves
3 teaspoon red chilli powder and coriander powder
Half teaspoon garm masala
3 glasses of water to boil motton and extra water of boiled motton is used to make gravy thinner
Half bowl of fresh coriander leaves at the end

Firstly we have prepared the mutton
So basically there we have 1 kg of mutton and washed that after in the pressure cooker we have added the 1 table spoon oil then after that when the oil temperature is high then we have added the bay leaf s and mutton then 1 table spoon turmeric and cooked that till mutton is dry after that add 3 glass of water and let the cooker 4 whistle to cook motton, take onion and cut in small pieces add garlic and ginger and sotty them in pan with out adding oil
After sotty masala add 2 table spoon oil add all of the dry spices in onion and grind it to make a smoo
