Cardamom is a dried ripe fruit capsule of cardamom plant, It's also called the “Queen of Spices” because of its very pleasant aroma and taste. Cardamom originally came from wild plants located in the Western Ghats in Southern India. The plants grew in such abundance in this region that this area became known as Cardamom Hills. During the 19th century, plantations of cardamom were set up by British colonists and this is where much of the green and black cardamom that we use still comes from today.

Our is lightweight, medium-grained rice. We follow certified pre and post-harvesting methods it retains its natural vibrant, rich aroma and delicate flavour, it is also unpolished hence it cooks really well, and the rice grains remain separate and do not overshadow the flavours of other dishes, best suited for Pongal, pulao, sambar, curd rice, fried rice etc, we can also use it for preparing biryani as it has a delicate aroma it does not overpower flavour as basmati rice does.

As less starch-content rice, it is one of the most easily digestive rice grains, which makes it one of the best rice for daily consumption.

Our post-harvest natural processing and shade drying help increase its folate and it retains its other minerals, supplements, and nutrients which are huge health benefit
We cultivate our Sona masoori rice on certified paddy fields and are meticulously monitored by trained farmers
