Cauliflower, potato, green peas stir fry
Cooking time:15 minutes.
Ingredients
1 small potato
Floretsof 1 small cauliflower
50 GM's of green peas
Onion big 1
Garlic 2-3
Salt to taste
Half tes spoon turmeric and chilli powder
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves
Method
Cut all the above vegetables into small pieces.
Add oil in a cooking pan.
Add the chopped onion and saute it,till it softens,then add all the other vegetables and salt,close it with a lid and cook it in low flame.
Stir occasionally finally add turmeric powder and chilli powder,stir again, leave it closed till it's soft.
Add the chopped coriander leaves and stir the vegetables without the lid.
Your vegetable stir fry is ready to be served.
Kids will love this dish.it can be had with chapathi,bread or rice. It's a good lunch box option.
