Ghar pe banayein bilkul restaurant style, healthy aur refreshing Corn Salad! 🌽🥗✨ 🍅🥒
Ingredients (Samagri)
Sweet Corn: 1.5 cup (uble hue)
Kheera (Cucumber): 1 chota (bareek kata hua, aur kuch slices garnish ke liye)
Tamatar (Tomato): 2 bade (1 bareek kata hua salad ke liye, aur 1 slices aur rose banane ke liye)
Shimla Mirch (Capsicum): ½ cup (bareek kati hui)
Hara Dhaniya: Bareek kata hua (garnish ke liye)
Dressing aur Masale:
Nimbu ka ras: 1 bada chammach
Chaat Masala: 1 chota chammach
Kala Namak (Black Salt) ya Saada Namak: Swadanusar
Kali Mirch Powder (Black Pepper): ½ chota chammach
Olive Oil (Optional): 1 chota chammach (extra shine ke liye)
Step-by-Step Method (Banane ki Vidhi)
Preparation: Sabse pehle ek bartan mein sweet corn ko thoda sa namak dalkar ubaal lein (boil kar lein) aur fir ise thanda hone dein.
Mixing: Ek bade bowl mein uble hue corn, bareek kate hue kheere, tamatar, aur shimla mirch ko ek sath mila lein.
Dressing: Is mixture ke upar nimbu ka ras, chaat masala, kala namak, aur kali mirch powder dalein. Agar aap chahein toh thoda sa olive oil bhi mila sakte hain. Sabhi cheezon ko acche se toss karein taki masale har jagah lag jayein.
Plating (Jaise aapne picture mein kiya hai):
Ek gol white plate lein.
Tamatar ke patle slices ko plate ke pure kinare par circle mein set karein.
Ab tayar kiya hua corn salad plate ke beech mein daal dein.
Garnish: Salad ke thik upar kheere ke 3-4 patle slices set karein aur tamatar ke chilke (peel) ko ghuma kar ek sunder rose banakar center mein rakh dein. Upar se hara dhaniya sprinkle karein.
