β’ Mix sooji and curd to form a smooth batter
β’ Add chopped onion, capsicum and carrot
β’ Season with salt, chilli flakes and oregano
β’ Pour batter on a hot tava and spread slightly thick
β’ Cook one side till golden
β’ Add ghee, flip and cook the other side till crispy
