Is this how Myntra M-Now works? “Instant delivery” turned into instant scam.
I placed an order on Myntra M-Now expecting delivery within 2 hours. Not only did the order fail to arrive after waiting the ENTIRE day, but the app suddenly marked it as “DELIVERED” at 12:16 PM.
I have already paid for this order. I checked with my neighbors, security, and everyone around—NOBODY HAS RECEIVED IT.
When I reached out to customer support, they casually closed the issue claiming it was “delivered to the doorstep.”
Where is the proof of delivery?
Where is the picture, OTP verification, or sign-off showing where it was left?
You are taking prepaid money, failing on your 2-hour delivery promise, falsely marking orders as delivered, and then washing your hands of customer support. My money is gone, my time is wasted, and your support team refuses to take accountability.
I demand an immediate, full refund and a clear explanation of where my order was supposedly dropped off. Stop closing tickets with automated responses and resolve this NOW!
