Theleywala introduced ‘Farm to Table’ concept at Delhi-NCR with a motto of providing farm fresh authentic Punjabi delicacies at your doorstep. From what started as a humble beginning in the year 1967; with an earnest intention to re-create the authentic, and forgotten delicacies from the erstwhile undivided Punjab region. We have taken this opportunity to introduce ‘Farm to Table’ concept to our guests. A novel initiative to provide our guests fresh home cooked style treats with a hearty portion. A concept, which ensures that all the key ingredient used in the dishes are fresh, and procured/sourced from our own farms located near Delhi NCR. At Theleywala, inspirations of soil, water, fire, charcoal and forest perfuse the menu resulting in aromatic dishes that are rooted in the beautiful landscape of Punjab. The signature dishes from Theleywala takes you to a never before culinary journey, wherein mouthwatering, scrumptious specialties are exclusively cooked as a result to any specific order.
