Because sometimes, the simplest nuskha is the one worth remembering.

🌿 Curry Leaves Chutney by Untold Delicacy: healthy bhi, tasty bhi! 😋

Who says healthy can't be delicious? This homemade kadhi patta chutney is packed with bold flavors, traditional goodness, and a heavy dose of antioxidants.
Pair it with hot ghee rice, soft rotis, or a crispy paratha!

❤️📖 The Quick RecipeIngredients:

2 cups of fresh curry leaves (washed and dried)
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup peanuts
1/2 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
A pinch of hing (asafetida)
Salt to taste

Steps:

Roast: Dry roast the peanuts in a pan until crunchy. Remove and let them cool. In the same pan, lightly toss the curry leaves until crisp.

Blend: Add the roasted peanuts, crisp curry leaves, grated coconut, amchur, hing, and salt to a blender.

Grind: Grind into a smooth paste adding a very small splash of water (or keep it dry and coarse if you prefer a podi-style chutney).

Tempering: In a tadka pan add some ghee or til oil ans then at rai, and pour it in the chutney. Your delicious and extremely healthy dip is ready.
