🔥 The wait is over... Fire Goal Wrap is finally here! ⚽🌯
Inspired by the beautiful game and crafted with bold flavours, this Fire Goal Wrap combines vibrant red & green dough, a cheesy veggie filling, crispy puff pastry, and bold flavours in every bite. Perfect for every football fan! 🤩🔥
🌯 Ingredients
🔴 Red Dough
1¼ cups whole wheat flour
¼ cup maida
2½ tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
½ tsp paprika (optional)
½ tsp salt
2 tsp oil
3–5 tbsp warm water
🟢 Green Dough
1¼ cups whole wheat flour
¼ cup maida
1 packed cup coriander leaves
6–8 spinach leaves (optional)
½ tsp salt
2 tsp oil
3–5 tbsp water
🧀 Filling
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup carrot
¼ cup sweet corn
⅓ cup yellow bell pepper
⅓ cup red bell pepper
1½ tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup mozzarella cheese
🥐 Puff Pastry
1 puff pastry sheet
Prepared filling
1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp cream cheese
Bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
🥗 Wrap Assembly
Lettuce leaves
Onion rings
Veeba Cheese Sauce + Schezwan Sauce
Crispy baked puff pastry
🔥 Grill the wrap until golden and crispy. Serve hot with your favourite drink!
