Coffee could potentially add up to 2 extra years to your lifespan, on average.
Coffee is one of the most widely consumed beverages globally, with around 2 billion cups enjoyed every day. Numerous studies have explored its health effects, both positive and negative. A recent review by researchers at the University of Coimbra, funded by the Institute for Scientific Information on Coffee, suggests that regular coffee consumption could potentially add an average of 1.8 years of healthy living to one's life.
