We were honored to host the incredible cast of Single Papa at Moti Mahal, Daryaganj- the very birthplace of the legends they came to relish. 🏰✨

From the smoky perfection of our Burra Kebab and the world-famous Tandoori Chicken to the rich, creamy heart of the original Butter Chicken and Dal Makhni, the cast dived deep into the flavors that started a global revolution! 🍗🥘

It was a day of great stories, laughter and authentic heritage. If it’s not from the birthplace, is it even the original? 😉

We had the absolute honour of hosting Jonathan Kaplan, U.S. Ambassador to Singapore, and his partner at Moti Mahal, Daryaganj, the birthplace of iconic Mughlai cuisine.

They relished our signature dishes — Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, Dal Makhni with Garlic Nan, and ended the feast with our traditional Kulfi.

Over lunch, we had a delightful conversation on the origin stories of these legendary dishes and the rich history of our restaurant that has made its mark globally 🌍
