ELJOHAR (Nashwan x Simardhata by Gone West).

His pedigree is impeccable. Eljohar's dam Mehthaaf won the Irish 1000 Guineas and his Sire Nashwan was a champion racehorse and sire. Eljohar has a decent record at stud. Besides siring numerous above average horses, his standout performers include SPOT ON and COMMON KNOWLEDGE. Eljohar is from the famed FALL ASPEN line. s. He was bought for 1.6 million dollars by agent Demi O' Bryne and dawned the infamous Coolmore colors during his short racing career. A racing injury limited his career to just 5 starts. He won his 1st outing by distance over 7 furlongs. Thereafter placed in all but one of his starts where he placed 5th in a Group 3. In the same race he beat a Gr.1 and a Gr.3 winner. He always raced with the best in the business. Bred in the purple, TOP CLASS is from the famed FLYING WITCH family. Top Class has all the credentials to be a standout sire. His first lot of yearling are up for sale this year (2012-13).
