Recreated a memory, one layer at a time. 🤎✨

I couldn't stop thinking about the tiramisu I had at a beautiful café in Bangalore... so I came home and recreated it in my own kitchen. Every layer of coffee-soaked sponge, silky mascarpone cream, and rich cocoa is inspired by that unforgettable bite. I had made a twist with a layer of coffee infused lotus biscoff biscuits.

Sometimes the best recipes begin with a beautiful memory. ☕🍰

Hazelnut Praline... If you want to elevate the flavour of your cakes filling you have to try this Hazelnut praline. You can crush it or make a paste of it.
