I grew up in Africa and the UK, before coming to India in 1983. When I think of food, I think Health, Innovation and Quality.

This reflects completely in my cooking, and the many praises I have received from family, friends and customers alike, is testament to the same! Long before my current range of ‘Smör’, there was ‘La Pizzeria’ (Homemade Pizza – founded in 1983) introducing South Delhi to the delight of a variety of Pizzas. Back then the challenge used to be importing good quality Olive Oil and Herbs! This was an extremely successful venture but was interrupted by motherhood.

‘Smōr’ is all about health and vitality; everything is hand-picked and blended into a delightful, mouth-watering experience in my own kitchen, ensuring that love is an important ingredient and high-quality a basic foundation.
