The Swig Bar, Raajkutir Kolkata and Shamiana, Taj City Centre Kolkata on the 7th & 8th of November.

Her creations draw from the soul of India — from Bengal’s nostalgic nolen gur warmth, to the Lakadong turmeric and black-rice earthiness of the Northeast, the spice-laden bustle of Old Delhi, the kokum-salted breeze of Goa, and the wild rhododendron and sea buckthorn of the Parvati Valley.
It was a joy to pair her cocktails with a specially curated food menu — creating a seamless dialogue between kitchen & bar, flavours & stories, aroma & imagination.
