The room glows red before you’ve even ordered. Crispy kataifi wrapped around cottage cheese, tuna spooned in sesame and citrus, plated on banana leaf and stone small enough to share, good enough not to.

Some cocktails are made. This one is composed.

Gin Savvoray, apricot brandy steeped in tonka beans, aged Calvados, two drops of bitter cardamom crowned with whipped avocado and microgreens on a crisp cracker.

We called it Emptiness. The best glass is the one you don’t want to finish.

The candles are lit before the guests arrive. The pans are already on fire.

We don’t believe a spread should just be arranged. it should be performed. Every table at a Tandoori Night is a small stage, and the food is the only script.

Pears caramelizing tableside in an open flame. Sushi rolled fresh under warm light, edible flowers pressed in at the last second. A dessert tower built candle by candle, grape by grape, until it looks like something you’d hesitate to eat. Even the fruit cart gets its own glow.

This is what a night looks like when the kitchen never stops moving.

At Tandoori Nights, we believe global flavours belong on the same fire as the ones we grew up with. Avocado, halved and charred over live coal, glazed dark and finished with toasted nuts, citrus, and a crumble of cheese — grill marks still visible, served just steps from where it was plated.
