Good Hygiene & Manufacturing Practices are followed. Food Handling & Cooking
• All Food is cooked/prepared under controlled conditions & Raw material is purchased from the best suppliers/sources.
• We believe in using fresh cooking material and condiments & vegetables, fruits, poultry items, breads, milk, curds, etc is purchased on a daily basis
• R. water is used for washing & preparing Food.
• To removes harmful chemicals & germs, Ozone Purifier is used for cleaning of Fruits & Vegetables.
• Food is cooked in minimal Vegetable Oil.
• Vegetable Oil used for frying is used only one time & the remaining/leftover oil (Trans Fat Oil) is discarded. Strictly No Trans fat used
• Food is prepared fresh & in the required quantity for delivery.
• Special care is taken to cook/store food at specified temperatures
• Shelf life of all the food items is maintained and recorded. Personal Hygiene
• Grooming & daily hygiene check for all food handlers.
• Regular Medical Test is done for food handlers.
• Washing of hands is done thoroughly with soap and water every time before/after work and after visiting the toilet. Sanitizer is also used after every wash.

• Plastic Gloves used while serving food

• Regular Training to the food production team on GMPs, GHPs & Food Safety.
