Today was Innovation Day at Tiffin's Etc. - once a month we invite an expert chef to create new and exciting recipes together.

Today, we were joined by Chef Rajan (formerly from ITC Maurya) for a working session on Mexican Food.

Check out the delicious Empanadas and Mexican rice. Can't wait to serve them to our tiny customers.

"I love lauki" - said NO child ever!
So, we at Tiffin's Etc. developed a recipe of creating bhaji with -

- lauki (bottle gourd)
- kaddoo(pumpkin)
- cabbage
- carrots
- peas
- potatoes

Children love the nutritious pav bhaji that we serve in schools.

Taste and nutrition - we take care of both! We have completely replaced tomato ketchup in all our schools with our delicious homemade tomato chutney. The best part is that children look forward to it!

Today, vermicelli, tomato chutney and fruit were served for breakfast.
