What is shawarma?
Shawarma is a Levantine meat preparation.
Toppings include tahini, hummus, pickled turnips, and amba. Similar dishes in the category include Turkish döner kebabs and Greek gyros.

How was shawarma included in our menu?
Shawarma was my first bite of love in the Streets of Mumbai during my IHM days. The taste itself is a fusion of spices with the meat 🤤. And being indian who doesn't love spices. I always prefer the street stalls selling shawarma cause they serve the indian version shawarma just as I served you with schezwan sauce,fries,mayo & veggies.

Ps- I don't add beetroot cause it makes the mayonnaise too sour.

And I can't leave my first bite of love in Mumbai. So the "Mutant💀" has brought it here😎

And I can say that my "Chicken Shawarma Roll" is top notch.
