so I started this page.It was my simple intention to provide the recipes. The food prepared and Posted it's pictures here on this page are just a daily required food for my family and not for sale. My only aim to provide Recipes of the dishes posted here to spread the knowledge of it to one and all. So everyone can try for these Traditional Delicacies. Thanks All ����

Recipe for Egg Curry
It's a my styled preparation
Eggs 5/6
Boiled and shallow fried till become golden brown
Keep aside.

Onion 2 med..sliced
garlic flakes 7/8 .. crushed
Ginger grated 1 tsp
Grated Fresh coconut and dry coconut altogether half cup
cumin seeds 1 tsp

B peeper 3 / 4
Cinnamon stick small pce
Clove 1/ 2
In a little oil roast all spice items
then ginger garlic and then coconut and grind to fine paste.

Red chilly powder 2 tsps or as req
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder little
Garam masala powder 1 tsp3
Mix all above powders in little water and make paste .

Tomato puree 2 /3 tsps or as req
Oil 2 tsps
for preparation
Salt as per taste
Green coriander chopped

In a thick bottom pan add oil and heat it
Add onion chopped 2 tsps and saute till become golden brown
Add tomato puree and saute till the oil separates
Add masala paste salt and saute a minute.
Add ground paste and hot water as per required consistency.
Let it reach to a boil.

Put gas on med.
Now add eggs in the gravy.
Wait a minute and then
put gas on sim.
Cover the pan and wait for 2/3 minutes more.

When done...
Garnish with green coriander and serve hot Egg Curry.

Today's Veg Meal...
Buttermilk Curry Rice, chapati
Veg Mix Rassa
Veg Cluster Beans
Yummy Tomato Chutney, Cucumber

Recipe for Veg Gawari/ Cluster Beans
It's a my styled very simple preparation

Veg gawari .. 2 cups around
Cut into pcs.

Onion chopped 1 medium
Tomato 1 medium chopped
Green coriander chopped

Red chilly powder 1 tsp or as req
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder little
(Add little water and make paste of above powders)

Garam masala powder half tsp

Goda masala powder half tsp
(If not available then escape it)

Oil 2 tsps or as req
Grated Fresh coconut 1 tsp
Salt and jaggery as per taste
Green coriander chopped for garnishing

Tempering ...
Garlic flakes 4/5 crushed
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Asafoetida pinch of
Carom seeds pinch of
And
Chopped onion 1 tsp

In a pan add oil and heat it .
Put gas on sim.
Add garlic crush and saute till it becomes golden colored.

When done put gas on med
Add tadaka items now and
wait a little
Add onion chopped 1 tsp and saute till it turns slight brown.
Add rest of the onion and saute a little

Add veg gawari and saute for 3 / 4 minutes.
Now add masala powders paste
and mix well.

Again saute for 2 minutes.
Add salt as per taste and hot water as required.

Let it be cooked on high flame for
2 / 3 minutes.

Now add tomato chopped, garam masala powder grated coconut and mix well.

Put gas on sim.
Cover the pan
and wait till it cooks and water portion almost dries off.
Just check in between.

Now add goda masala powder and jaggery as per taste.
Mix well.
Wait a minute .

When done... transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with green coriander grated coconut and serve hot Veg Gawari.

Note... Instead of fresh scrapped coconut you can add rough crush of roasted peanuts for this preparetion.
Here you can add it at last along with goda masala and jaggery.

FRIEND'S....
Recipe for...Chicken Curry Dry

It's a very easy and tasty preparetion.

Ingredients used...
Red chillie powder 2 tsps
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder half tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp or as req
Mixed all powders with little water and made paste.
Keep aside.

Onions 3 med finely sliced
Ginger garlic crush 2 tsps
Ginger crush 1 tsp

Tomato 1 med or as req.. Finely chopped
Kasuri m**hi 1 small spoon
Green coriander as req

Whole spices
Bay leaf 1
Black peepers 3/4
Cloves 2
Cumin seeds half tsp
Cinnomom stick 1 med pce
Green cardmmom 2

Oil or desi ghee..as required
Fresh butter 1 tsp

Marination.Gawathi Chicken 750 gms with bones
Just applied salt and turmeric powder to washed chicken and kept aside for half an hour.
In a pressure pan add 2 tsps oil/ghee and heat it.
Add whole spices and wait a little
Add chopped onion and saute till becomes golden colored.
Add ...
little salt for fast action.

When it starts to change the
color of onion,...
Sprinkle little water and again saute for 2 minutes.
Wait till it done perfect golden brown
Now add turmeric powder and finely chopped tomatoes.
Again saute till it becomes
fully mushy.
Now also little water can be sprinkled.
Add ginger garlic crush and saute for 2 minutes.
When everything mixed up
perfectly.....

Add... ready paste of...
Red chilli powder
Kashmiri red chilli powder
Cumin, coriander, turmeric powder
and mix well

Add marinated chicken pces now.
Saute on high flame for 2/3 minutes.

Put gas on med and add hot water little
or as required. Crush on palm kasuri m**h and add.
Adjust salt as per taste.

(Genarally this curry has a dry consistency so add water accordingly)

Now...
Close the pressure pan lid and wait for 1 whistle.
When done,put off the gas and let it be cooled.

Open the lid ,add butter
and transfer to serving bowls.
Garnish with green coriander.
Your Chicken Curry Dry is ready to serve.

Today's Simple..
Veg/Non Veg mix Meal
Amboli/pumpkin drumstick veg
Chicken curry and masala,Salad

Recipe for Chicken Masala
It's a my styled preparation
Chicken half kg
Marinated with salt Lemon juice
Ggarlic paste turmeric powder and
rest it for minimum 2 hours.

Cumin seeds 1tsp
Green cardamom 2
Cinnamon stick small pce
Onions 2 medium sliced
Ginger grated 1 tsp
Garlic crush 1 tsp
Fresh grated coconut 2 / 3 tsps
Dry grated coconut 2 / 3 tsps
Roast all above items one by one
Take all above items and grind to
semithick paste .

Malwani masala 2 tsps or as req
Coriander powder half tsp
or
Red chilly powder 2 tsps or as req.
Coriander powder half tsp
Garam masala powder qtr tsp

Salt and oil as required
Onion chopped 2 tsps
Bay leaf 2
Cashewnuts few n Green coriander for garnishing

In a pan add enough oil and heat it
Add Bay leaf onions chopped and saute till it becomes golden brown.
Add marinated chicken
malwani masala
and saute for 4/5 minutes .

Put gas on sim .
Cover the pan and wait for 2 / 3 minutes .
Just check in between.
Add little water if required.
Now add grinded paste and mix well. .

Cover it and let the chicken be cooked till done.
Check and add salt if required
Just saute in between.

When done transfer to the serving bowl
Garnish with green coriander and fried cashewnuts .
Your Chicken Masala is ready to serve.

Recipe for....
CRABS CURRY
It's my styled preparation

Crabs 5 / 6
Cleaned washed and cut into pieces .

Keep the claws separately .

Take only the claws of crabs .
Add little water and grind finely. filter that stuff and keep aside that juice .

Onions 1 big sliced
Garlic flakes 7 / 8 crushed
Ginger grated half tsp
Grated fresh coconut and
Grated dry coconut qtr cup
altogether.

(Coconut qty depends upon how much thickness for the curry you require,so adjust accordingly)

B peeper 2 / 3
cumin seeds half tsp
Cinnamon stick small pce
Cloves 2
Green Coriander chopped
Roast all spices items in little oil for a little .
Add onion and saute till golden brown
Then add grated fresh coconut and saute till it becomes golden brown.
Add dry coconut and saute for 2 minutes .
Now add a little chopped green coriander and when cooled ,
Grind to a semi thick paste .
Keep aside.

Tomato puree of 1 small medium.
Salt as per taste
Oil 2 tsps or as req

Malwani Masala 2 tsps or as req
Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder half tsp
Turmeric powder pinch of
OR
Red chilly powder 2 tsps
Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder little
Garam masala powder 1 tsp or as required

Tempering
Onion chopped 2 tsps
Curry leaves few

In a pan add oil and heat it
Add onions and fry till it becomes golden brown .
(That caramelized onion gives a nice color to the curry)
Add tomato puree and saute till the oil separates.
Now add masala powders and saute a minute .
Add crab pieces and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the crabs juicy water alongwith 2 cups of hot water and let it be boiled for 4/5 minutes.
(If you want a thick curry then don't add extra water)
Add ground paste and saute for 2 minutes
let it be reached to a boil.

Put gas on sim .
Wait for 2 minutes.
When done put off the gas.

Transfer the ready curry to a serving bowl.
Garnish with green coriander and serve hot Crabs Curry..
