Recipe for Egg Curry
It's a my styled preparation
Eggs 5/6
Boiled and shallow fried till become golden brown
Keep aside.
Onion 2 med..sliced
garlic flakes 7/8 .. crushed
Ginger grated 1 tsp
Grated Fresh coconut and dry coconut altogether half cup
cumin seeds 1 tsp
B peeper 3 / 4
Cinnamon stick small pce
Clove 1/ 2
In a little oil roast all spice items
then ginger garlic and then coconut and grind to fine paste.
Red chilly powder 2 tsps or as req
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder little
Garam masala powder 1 tsp3
Mix all above powders in little water and make paste .
Tomato puree 2 /3 tsps or as req
Oil 2 tsps
for preparation
Salt as per taste
Green coriander chopped
In a thick bottom pan add oil and heat it
Add onion chopped 2 tsps and saute till become golden brown
Add tomato puree and saute till the oil separates
Add masala paste salt and saute a minute.
Add ground paste and hot water as per required consistency.
Let it reach to a boil.
Put gas on med.
Now add eggs in the gravy.
Wait a minute and then
put gas on sim.
Cover the pan and wait for 2/3 minutes more.
When done...
Garnish with green coriander and serve hot Egg Curry.
