The story of Nihari differs from Delhi to Rampur to Lucknow. But at Essence we don’t take slow cooking lightly. Simmered slowly in a beautiful saalan, our Nihari is reminiscent of old Awadhi and Rampuri dishes built within the modern touch of our family recipes. We often serve Nihari to our first time customers, just to see their taste buds take a beautiful trip down history and palatial cuisine.
