Meet Chef Crescentia Scolt Fernandes , the soul behind some of Goa’s most cherished flavors. From her home kitchen to the legendary restaurant Bernardo’s, she has turned family recipes into timeless culinary experiences.
Her forthcoming cookbook brings together the food heritage of two communities that share many similarities – Goan/Konkani and the lesser-known Indo Portuguese people of the Vypeen island in Cochin and stories simmered in memory, love, and spice.
