Recipe #

Ingredients:

1. Raw Mango 500 gms
2. Green Chillies 10-12 piece
3. Garlic 8-10 cloves.
4. Turmeric powder 1/4 Tea spoon
5. Hing powder 1/2 Tea spoon
6. Nigella seeds 1/2 Tea spoon
7. Mustard Oil 4-5 table tea spoon
8. Salt to taste.

Preparation:
G the Mangoes and put it in a vessel, add Green Chillies paste, Garlic paste, turmeric powder, Hing, Nigella seeds and mix it well.
Add salt to it and mix well. Mix mustard oil and transfer to a jar or vessel for storage.

Today's special! Chicken Lemon Pepper #

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1. Chicken Breast 500 gms
2. Butter 100 gms
3. Lemon juice (2 lemon juice)
4. Ginger 1 inch.(finely chopped)
5. Garlic 8-10 cloves (finely chopped)
6. Black pepper ( freshly ground) 1/2 table tea spoon.
7. Mixed Herbs Half table tea spoon
8. Red chilli powder 1 table tea spoon
9. Salt to taste.

Method:

Take chicken Breast in a bowl and add lemon juice, black pepper, garlic and ginger to it. Add Red chilli powder, mixed Herbs and salt, mix it well and marinate for 30 mins.
Take frying pan and heat butter. Put marinated chicken Breast into it.
Keep the flame low and cook it covering till the colour become golden brown. Just change the side and cook again till it's golden brown on the other side as well.
Cut in slices and plate it. Garnish with onion, cucumber and lemon. You may serve as snacks and also add to main course menu...

Delicious Halwa specially made for my wife . # Halwa on demand!!!

Reciepe:

Ingredient-

1. Wheat flour 1 cup
2. Ghee: 1/4 cup
3. Sugar 1/2 cup
4. Dry fruits ( Almonds, Cashew Nut) if you like raisins you may add. Fry the cashew nut and almonds.
5. Milk or water 1 cup

Preparation:-
Heat ghee in a Pan and add wheat flour and keep turning till it come to golden brown. Add sugar and dry fruits in it. Mix it well and add milk or water to it. Keep mixing and cook for 5 mins. Serve hot/ warm.
Garnish with some chopped cashew nut and almonds.
Your simple wheat flour Halwa is ready....
