Some days, coffee takes a back seat.
This is one of them.
Watching everything unfold over the last few days, one thing feels clear: let’s not lose sight of why students stepped out in the first place.
This conversation isn’t about politics.
It isn’t about religion.
It isn’t about who’s trying to score points.
It’s about students.
Students who spent months, sometimes years, preparing for an exam that could shape the rest of their lives. Students who deserve to know that the system they’re putting their faith in is fair.
Wanting transparency isn’t unreasonable.
Asking questions isn’t wrong.
And peaceful protest has always been a legitimate way for people to be heard.
Whatever your views may be, perhaps we can all agree on one thing:
Hard work should matter.
Merit should matter.
Trust in our institutions should matter.
Let’s not allow the original purpose of this movement to get buried under noise and division.
Stand with the cause.
Not the chaos.
