15 ml MTSR Watermelon Syrup
10 ml Lime Juice
60 ml Gin
30 ml Blue Tea
Britvic Soda
Basil Leaves

Method – Put all the ingredients in a Collins glass over ice. Top up with Britvic Soda water & serve.

Garnish – Edible Flowers
Glass – Crystal Collins Glass.
