Here goes the first lot of chicken poke bowls.

Poke bowls are a riot of flavours with lightly flavoured sushi rice at the bottom, there is smoked chicken in wasabi mayo sauce, carrots sprinkled with mirin, pickled sauerkraut, toasted peanuts, sliced avacado, finely chopped spring onions and nori.
Nigella seedsand white sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
