Masala Synergy is much more than just North Indian food. The ‘Masala’ signifies the regular Butter Chicken Dal Makhni kind of food, while ‘Synergy’ refers to the more innovative part of their menu, which combines Indian food with the world.

Caprese Burrata Chaat (₹625) – This is Banarasi tamatar chaat having an illegitimate affair with burrata. Very interesting to think of, and typically desi, despite the foreign touch. The burrata wasn’t overpowering the dish, which I actually liked.
Queso Keema Pav (Mutton) (₹725) – Bite sized pavs, baked in-house, filled with delicious mutton keema, the molten cheese adding another dimension to the dish.
Amritsari Chholupa (₹565) – Mini bhatura tacos, loaded with yummy chhole, pickled onion and mirchi. Heaven in a taco stand!!
