We’re not against supplements.

We’re just asking a simple question:

What if the first step to better health wasn’t buying more products, but growing better food?

We believe nutrition begins in the soil. When food is grown naturally, harvested fresh, and eaten seasonally, your body gets what it was designed to receive. 🌱

Romanticising Zemya Farms and this April in Gurgaon 🌧️🌤️

1. This out of the world beautiful Passion flower was blooming just like that, wondering if it has any idea of how gorgeous it is! 💜
2. First sighting of sponge gourd flower this season. Does anyone cook these flowers too? Let me know. 🌼
3. Pumpkin Vine - Reminds me of a story when someone powerful asked god why the strong fig tree grows tiny figs and these things vibes grow a big fruit like a Pumpkin 😀
4. Some fresh harvest getting rid of the soil. But I wonder do we really have to wash them when they are grown naturally? The microbes might sustain if we don’t. But I’d like to know more on this. 🍅🍆
5. Trying companion planting of beans next to corn, so that corn can act as a natural support and trellis for the bean plant. Looks good so far. 🌽🫘
6. Amaranthus - A lot of people abroad plant it for ornamental value. This one is a desi variety and as our farmers called it out ‘yeh humare gaon jaisa wala hai’ 😊
7. OVERJOYED with this one! I didn’t plant them this year. Just forgot sowing around the right time and then it was too late. But there were seeds in soil from last year, and these came out. The farmers said ‘ Dharti Mata ka kamaal hai’ and I agree. So so grateful to mother earth 🌏🙏🏼

Including diversity in meal has both health and environmental benefits. Colourful seasonal fruits and vegetables provide varied antioxidants for the body and growing them together signifies a soil that is alive, not exhausted. Seasons here are respected.
And you CAN taste the difference 💯

Food doesn’t have to be complicated. When you grow it yourself - or know where it comes from - you know what’s exactly on your plate.
Just soil, sunshine, water.. and a whole lot of care 🌱
