🚨 Urgently Required: Factory Manager 🚨

Company: Bibek Tea Company
Location: On-site (Factory).
Position: Manager (Tea Manufacturing & Management).

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to independently oversee our tea manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of CTC and Orthodox tea manufacturing processes, with at least 15 years of proven experience in the tea industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage factory operations, including manufacturing, staff, and worker management.
Oversee the entire tea production process, from green leaf procurement to processing and finished tea.
Ensure quality control and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications:
Graduate in Agriculture, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the tea industry is essential.
Strong expertise in CTC and Orthodox tea manufacturing.
Comprehensive knowledge of green leaf processing and made tea.
